The Hillcrest Lions Club has supported services for the blind & other community programs since 1933. We are a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization that conducts several fund-raisers throughout the year. All proceeds for this Flag Service Program will go directly to help the blind, & the visually & hearing impaired.
Throughout Hillcrest, Bankers Hill, and University Heights our club members volunteer to put out approximately one hundred and fifty (150) flags in front of store fronts, apartment & condominium buildings, and offices. The community gets to enjoy our flags along University Avenue, Park Boulevard, and 4th, 5th, and 6th Avenues eight times per year.
Consider adopting a flag for your business. The cost is only $.13 per day ($50 annually)!
